Peers are individuals who have experienced a mental illness & recovery, and are well positioned to support others who are seeking recovery. Peers offer hope & encouragement by sharing their experiences & knowledge. They create opportunities for recovering individuals to live satisfying & meaningful lives.
CBRS
Community Based Rehabilitation Services concentrate on enhancing the quality of life for persons with mental illness through rehabilitation strategies, equal opportunities, and social inclusion.
Case Management
Offer assistance connecting to resources & advocating for others when they have limited ability to obtain services for themselves.
Telehealth
All services are available via Telehealth, through phone and/or video applications.

It is the policy of Lemhi Valley Social Services to serve all clients who need mental health or substance abuse treatment regardless of their ability to pay. We offer a sliding fee scale & do not discriminate or deny services to anyone based on their ability to pay. If you wish to receive services & do not have insurance, or if you are not eligible for Medicaid, please contact us.
Payment Options - We accept the following forms of insurance: Medicaid, Medicare, Private Insurance, Private Pay, Sliding Fee Scale, CHIP, almost all EAPs, and BPA.
